How do I cancel my subscription (Team)?

You may cancel your Beautiful.ai Team subscription by downgrading your account through the profile settings. Note, you must use a desktop/laptop device in order to cancel. The subscription will be set to downgrade at the end of the billing period. If you would like to see if your subscription is eligible for a refund based on our Refund Policy, please reach out to support@beautiful.ai for further assistance.
 

1. Log into your account at the main website (https://www.beautiful.ai/login). 
2. Once you're logged in, click the Profile icon at the top right. Then, select Manage Account
3. Click the Billing tab
4. Then, select 'Manage Plan'
5. You will be able to choose to cancel either your trial if still currently trialing or your Team subscription.
6. When you cancel your subscription, you can use Beautiful.ai until the end of your billing cycle.
