What is your refund policy?

Annual subscribers may be able to receive a partial refund** if you submit a request within 24 hours of your initial purchase or renewal of your subscription. Any cancelation (trial or renewal) requested after payment has gone through will be charged the full monthly amount of that period. 

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable.
