Shared Theme: Starting from a Shared Theme

To create a new presentation using your organization's theme, click on New Presentation, and select the first theme in the grid. This theme would be automatically titled [Workspace Name]'s Theme: 

If the Owner or Librarian of your workspace has required your shared theme when you click on New Presentation, your Team theme will be the only one listed:
