If a presentation fails to export, try the following:
- Open up the presentation and click on Actions to go to the Organize view and check for broken slides/images (spinning loading icon).
- Delete the broken slide(s) from the presentation and try to export it again.
- If an exported file cannot be opened it may be damaged. Try clearing your cache (Clear Cache), refreshing the page, and, then, export again.
- If you're experiencing any issues with exporting your presentation, try clearing your cache, (Clear Cache) refreshing the page, and, then, export again.
