First, open up the presentation you wish to export. Next, click Actions 
at the top left panel. Select the Export Presentation 
tab and choose Google Slides. Click Export to save a copy of the file to your device. An exporting progress box should appear. Once the export is complete, click on Open Google Slides to launch the file automatically in Google slides. Note: Exported slides will not keep audio files and animations will be lost.

I just figured out the solution! You have to export the presentation to PowerPoint then convert Powerpoint to Google Slides
Exporting your presentation to Google Slides is simple—just use the Export option and save a copy. Keep in mind that audio and animations won’t transfer, so some flavors of your original design may be lost
