Team Assets

Managing brand-approved images can be a hassle. With Team Assets, Admins and Librarians can streamline content management by creating a library of brand-approved images, gifs, and logos all at the fingertips of your team.

 

Add Images To Your Team Assets

  1. Click on the 'Team Assets' at the left of your Library 
  2. Search our photo library by selecting 'New Asset' or click on 'Bulk Upload' to add assets from your device 
  3. Click on the image you wish to add 
  4. You will be given a prompt asking if you'd like to share the asset with your team. Here you can designate the asset type, rename the image, and add tags for easier searching in the future. Click 'Share
  5. You will see the image populate in your 'Team Assets' library

Note: Videos are not currently supported


Add/Replace an Image or Logo from Team Assets to Your Presentation

To add an image or logo from your Team Assets to your presentation:

  1. Click on the 'Camera' icon to launch the image library 
  2. Click on 'Team Assets
  3. Select the image or logo you wish to add to your slide 
  4. You will see that image populate on your slide

To replace an image from your presentation with a Team Asset:

  1. Select the image you would like to replace and click on the 'Camera' icon 
  2. Click on 'Replace Image
  3. Click on 'Team Assets
  4. Select the image or logo you wish to add to your slide 
  5. This image will then replace the existing image

Note: If the existing image was AI generated, your camera icon will appear pink and have an extra menu option: 'Regenerate Image'. You can still replace AI generated images with images from your Team Assets by following the steps above!

 

Replacing/Updating an Asset

You can update an outdated or incorrect asset from your Asset library and it will update across all presentations that are using that file.

  1. Navigate to your 'Team Assets
  2. Click the 3 dot menu associated with the asset you wish to update/replace 
  3. Click on 'Update Asset
  4. You will be shown a pop-up explaining the 'Update Asset' feature-click 'Ok
  5. You will be brought to the image library where you can search our image library or import a new asset
  6. Click on the image you wish to use instead 
  7. You will see the asset update in your 'Team Assets' library

  • Is there any way to track which presentations or slides are currently using a specific Team Asset? For example, before updating or replacing an image, can Admins see where that Pips NYT asset appears so they can anticipate the impact?
