Managing brand-approved images can be a hassle. With Team Assets, Admins and Librarians can streamline content management by creating a library of brand-approved images, gifs, and logos all at the fingertips of your team.
Adding Images
- Click on the 'My Presentations' drop down menu from the presentation library
- Click on 'Team Resources'
- Click on 'Assets'
- Click on 'Team Assets' to search our photo library or click on 'Bulk Upload' to add assets from your device
- Click on the image you wish to add
- You will be given a prompt asking if you'd like to share the asset with your team. Click 'Share'
- You will see the image populate in your 'Team Assets' library
Note: Videos are not currently supported
Adding an Image or Logo from Team Assets
- Click on the 'Camera' icon to launch the image library
- Click on 'Team Assets'
- Select the image or logo you wish to add to your slide
- You will see that image populate on your slide
Replacing/Updating an Asset
You can update an outdated or incorrect asset from your Asset library and it will update across all presentations that are using that file.
- Click the 3 dot menu associated with the asset you wish to update/replace
- Click on 'Update Asset'
- You will be shown a pop-up explaining the 'Update Asset' feature-click 'Ok'
- You will be brought to the image library where you can search our image library or import a new asset
- Click on the image you wish to use instead
- You will see the asset update in your 'Team Assets' library

Is there any way to track which presentations or slides are currently using a specific Team Asset? For example, before updating or replacing an image, can Admins see where that Pips NYT asset appears so they can anticipate the impact?
