Create a New Team Slide from an Existing Team Slide

On the Team Slides page, click + NEW SLIDE in the top-right. Instead of dropping you onto a blank canvas, Beautiful.ai opens the slide picker so you choose a starting point first:

1. Click + NEW SLIDE in the top-right corner.
2. Click on 'TEAM SLIDES'. Here you can search through already existing team slides.
3. Click the slide you'd like to customize. Then click on 'ADD SELECTED SLIDES'.
4. Customize the slide exactly as you would any slide in Beautiful.ai. Your team theme is already applied, so it's on-brand from the first click.
5. When it looks right, click 'SAVE CHANGES' in the bottom-right.
6. The "Share this slide with your team" window pops up. This is where you can: give the slide a clear name, optionally add a description or instructions and tags, then under "How do you want to share this slide with your team?" choose the type:
   • Create Slide Template — an editable slide for your team to customize.
   • Create Shared Slide — a finished, uneditable slide. Team Librarians can edit Shared Slides and automatically update all instances.
7. Click 'PUBLISH'.
