Creating a New Team Slide with AI

On the Team Slides page, click + NEW SLIDE in the top-right. Instead of dropping you onto a blank canvas, Beautiful.ai opens the slide picker so you choose a starting point first:

1. Click + NEW SLIDE in the top-right corner.
2. Click on 'Create with AI'.
3. Here you can:
   -Enter your slide prompt
   -Select the 'Slide Type'
   -Select the Language
   -You can choose to toggle 'Preserve Exact Text' off or on
   -You can choose where you would like images to be pulled from (AI Generated images, Team Assets, Web Search, Stock Images, or Placeholders-meaning no images)
   -Select the AI Image Style. This will automatically be pulled from your Brand Kit AI Image Style, though you can also change the style here for this specific slide if you choose.
4. You will also be able to toggle 'Enable Web Search' off or on if you wish to pull things from web search from your slide.
5. Clicking 'Add File' allows you to pull in context for your slide if desired.
6. When everything looks correct, click 'GENERATE SLIDE' in the bottom-right.
7. The generator will go to work and produce a few different slide options you can choose from. Click on the slide you'd like to use and customize.
8. You can further tweak the slide to your liking. Once everything is set, click 'Save Changes'.
9. The "Share this slide with your team" window pops up. This is where you can: give the slide a clear name, optionally add a description or instructions and tags, then under "How do you want to share this slide with your team?" choose the type:
   • Create Slide Template — an editable slide for your team to customize.
   • Create Shared Slide — a finished, uneditable slide. Team Librarians can edit Shared Slides and automatically update all instances.
10. Click 'PUBLISH'.
