Create a Team Template from an Existing Deck

If the deck you want to turn into a template already lives in your Library, you don't need to rebuild it. You can make it into a template in two clicks:

1. Go to your 'MY PRESENTATIONS' view.
2. Hover the presentation you want to use and click the 3-dot menu on its thumbnail.
3. Choose 'Create Team Template'... from the menu.
4. From here you can name the template, give a description or info/instructions, and/or add tags. 
5. Click 'PUBLISH'. You can also click on 'SAVE DRAFT'.

TIP: Hunt down the "everybody uses this one" deck and turn that into a template first. Most teams have one or two decks that get duplicated constantly: the deck everyone copies when they need a QBR, the pitch deck that's been forwarded around fifteen times. Those are your highest-value templates, and this template creation option lets you capture them without rebuilding a thing. Ask your team which deck they copy most often, then make a template before they make a sixteenth copy.
