Accessing the Default Player Settings

1. Sign in to Beautiful.ai .

2. From your library, under 'My Presentations', click on 'Team Settings'.
3. Click on 'Player Settings' in the left side bar.

Open Player Settings

The screen opens with Default Player Settings on the left and a live player preview on the right, so you can see your changes reflected in a sample deck as you flip each switch.

Use the live preview as you go. The panel on the right isn't decoration. As you toggle settings, watch the player toolbar at the bottom of the preview update in real time. There are also two tabs above the preview, PLAYER and END OF PRESENTATION, so you can see exactly what your audience experiences both during the deck and on the final screen. It's the fastest way to confirm a setting does what you expect before you commit to it for the whole team.
