Accessing Brand Guardrails

1. Sign in to Beautiful.ai.
2. Under 'My Presentations', click on 'Team Settings'.
3. You will automatically land on the 'Brand Guardrails' page as indicated on the left hand side panel. If you're an Owner, you'll also see Player Settings and Team Folders below. A Librarian will not see the other options so Brand Guardrails is the last item in the list. 

The Brand Guardrails page is a simple table: the nine features run down the left in the 'FEATURE' column, and each one has its own access dropdown on the right under WHO HAS ACCESS?. Notice the small ? icon next to each feature name. Hover over it and Beautiful.ai tells you in one sentence exactly what that guardrail controls, which is handy when you want a quick reminder without leaving the page.
