Accessing Team Slides

1. Under 'My Presentations' on the left sidebar, click 'Team Slides'.

You'll land on your team's slide library:

• + NEW SLIDE (top-right) starts a brand new Team Slide.
• The search bar finds a slide by name.
• ALL CONTENT and ALL TAGS (top-right) filter your view.
• You can opt to check or un-check 'Show hidden slides'.
• The left panel is the key part. 'All slides' shows everything, 'Shared Slides' filters to just your locked slides, 'Slide Templates' filters to just your editable ones, and the FOLDERS section below lets you group them.
• Each slide shows its name, who created it, and a count of how many presentations use it. Hover over a slide to reveal its 3-dot menu. Remember: a red link icon means it's a Shared Slide.
