Accessing Team Assets

1. Head to beautiful.ai/library and sign in. 

2. In the top-left of the sidebar, under 'MY PRESENTATIONS', choose 'Team Assets'.

You'll land on your team's asset library:

• + NEW ASSET (top-right) adds a single asset.
• BULK UPLOAD (top-right, next to it) loads many files at once.
• The search bar ("Search team assets...") finds an asset by name.
• ALL TAGS (top-right) filters your view by tag, with a sort control beside it.
• The left panel is the key part. All assets shows everything, Photos filters to your images, Logos filters to your logos, and the FOLDERS section below lets you group them.
• Each asset shows its thumbnail and name.
