Every template's 3-dot menu (top-right of its row) gives you everything you need to manage it over time!
Managing Your Templates
Hover over any template and click on the 3-dot menu of the template you'd like to manage. Here you will find:
- Template Settings... — open the panel to rename, re-tag, edit the description, or toggle published status.
- Edit Template... — open the template in the editor to change the actual slides. This is how you keep templates current as your brand and content evolve.
- Un-publish Template — hide it from your team without deleting it.
- Delete Template — permanently remove it.
Templates aren't set-and-forget. When your messaging shifts, your pricing changes, or your brand gets refreshed, come back here and Edit Template so your team is always launching from the current version.
Organizing With Folders
Once your library grows past a single screen-scroll, folders keep it tidy.
To create a folder:
- On the Team Templates page, find the 'FOLDERS' section in the left panel.
- Click the + icon next to 'FOLDERS'.
- Name it something your team would recognize ("Sales", "Marketing", "Client QBRs") and confirm.
- Your new folder appears under 'FOLDERS', ready to fill.
- You can then return to the 'All Templates' page and drag and drop your template(s) into their folders.
Note: Folders give your library a clear top-level structure ("Sales", "Marketing"), while tags let you filter across folders ("Q4", "Customer-Facing", "Internal"). They work together: a Sales template can live in your "Sales" folder and still carry a "Customer-Facing" tag. The structure you set on the admin side is exactly what your team sees, so a quick rename on your end updates it for everyone.
