Accessing Team Templates

1. Head to beautiful.ai/library and sign in. You'll land on your 'All Presentations' view by default.

2. Click on 'Team Templates' under the 'TEAM RESOURCES' section on the left-hand side bar.

3. You'll land on your team's template library where you will see:

• + NEW TEMPLATE (top-right) is how you start a brand new template.
• The search bar lets you find a template by name.
• ALL CONTENT and ALL TAGS (top-right of the search bar) filter your view. ALL CONTENT lets you narrow by status, and ALL TAGS filters by any tags you've applied.
• The left panel shows All templates at the top and a FOLDERS section below it.
• Each template row shows the name of the template, who created and/or last edited the template, when the template was created and/or edited, the folder where the template lives (if it's been added to a folder), a status badge (if it's a DRAFT), a 'thumbs-up' with a like count, an info icon that will contain the description of the template if there is one, and a 3-dot menu for managing it.

The status badge is the one to watch. DRAFT means only admins can see it while you're still building. If it's PUBLISHED and available for your team, no badge will be visible on that template.
