Brand Kit Editor-Footer

The footer is where your logo lives and where you set what shows up at the bottom of every slide. The controls:

  • SHOW FOOTER BY DEFAULT-Turn the footer on by default if you want it everywhere. Toggling this to ON means every new slide your team creates includes the footer automatically. They can still turn it off slide-by-slide for full-bleed visuals (cover slides, section dividers, etc.), but the default is what most teams want.
  • SHOW SLIDE NUMBER — toggle slide numbers on or off
  • SHOW FOOTER MESSAGE — toggle, plus a text field for custom footer text (legal language, confidentiality notice, copyright, etc.)
  • SHOW LOGO — toggle to display your logo in the footer
  • LOGO ON LIGHT — upload field for the version of your logo that goes on light backgrounds
  • LOGO ON DARK/COLOR — upload field for the version of your logo that goes on dark or colored backgrounds
  • LOGO SCALE — slider for sizing the logo
  • LOGO OFFSET — slider for fine-tuning placement
  • LOGO POSITION — dropdown (Left, Center, Right)

Click the camera icon in each logo slot to upload your file. Transparent PNGs or SVGs work best because they sit cleanly on any background.

Note: Upload both logo versions (one on light and one on dark), not just one. Most admins upload only one logo and call it done, then they're surprised when the logo disappears against a dark background or looks awkward on a colored section divider. The two upload slots exist for a reason: Beautiful.ai automatically swaps between them depending on the slide background. Spend the extra minute to export both versions (one in your primary brand color or black for light slides, one in white for dark slides) and your decks will always look intentional.
