Brand Kit Editor-Collection Colors

The COLLECTION COLORS group has a deeper editor behind it that's worth knowing about, especially if your team builds slides with bullet points, pyramids, icon grids, or any element where multiple items need distinct colors.

To edit an existing Collection Color:

1. Click on the rainbow swatch of the existing collection color. You will see these options in the pop up menu:
   TYPE-choose between two options. Sequence — colors each item using the colors defined in a repeating sequence (good for bullet points, pyramid sections, and icon grids where you want clear visual distinction between items). Gradient — colors each item using a gradient from the start color to the end color (good for progressions, scales, or ranked lists where a smooth transition makes the order feel intuitive)

   SEQUENCE COLORS-define the exact sequence of colors that will cycle through your collection items

   FORECOLOR-choose how text inside collection items behaves: Auto (adapts to background), Light, or Dark

   PREVIEW-a numbered swatch row (1 through 8) that shows you exactly what order your team's collection items will appear in

2. Make any adjustments desired.
3. Click 'SAVE'.

To Add a new Collection Color:

1. Click + in Collection Colors to add a new collection sequence (you can have more than one). This is useful if you want one sequence for pyramids and a different sequence for bullet lists, for example.

2. Click 'SAVE' to lock in the changes.
