We've refreshed the Beautiful.ai Library with a cleaner, more intuitive experience designed to help you find content faster and spend less time navigating.
While the Library may look different, your presentations, themes, and resources are all still exactly where you expect them to be. This update focuses on simplifying navigation, surfacing frequently used actions, and creating a foundation for future improvements to search and discovery.
What's New
Create presentations faster
The Create buttons have moved to the top-right corner of the Library, making it easy to:
- Start a new presentation
- Launch Create with AI
Whether you're starting from scratch or letting AI build your first draft, creating a presentation is now just one click away.
A larger, more prominent Search
We've made Search bigger and easier to access, helping you quickly find presentations across your Library.
Simpler navigation
One of the biggest improvements is a simplified navigation experience.
Previously, several Library sections lived within nested menus. Now, the most frequently used areas are always visible in the left navigation, making it easier to move around the Library without extra clicks.
We've also renamed Starter Templates to Beautiful.ai Templates to better reflect our growing collection of professionally designed presentation templates.
Additional updates for Team & Enterprise Owners and Librarians
If you're a Team or Enterprise Owner or Librarian, you'll notice a few additional improvements:
Team Resources is always within reach
Team Resources is now an always-visible section in the left navigation, giving Owners and Librarians quicker access to manage shared themes, templates, and resources.
My Resources in the theme selection flow
When creating a new presentation, My Resources is now available directly within the Create Presentation → Theme flow, making it easier to access your saved themes and branded content as you begin building.
Everything you need is still here
Although the Library has a refreshed layout, nothing has been removed. Your presentations, folders, themes, and resources remain intact—the experience has simply been reorganized to make navigation more efficient.

These updates lay the groundwork for future improvements that will make discovering presentations, templates, and resources even easier. As we continue to evolve the Library experience, you can expect additional enhancements focused on search, organization, and content discovery.
