Monday.com Integration

The Beautiful.ai app for monday.com will be available in the monday.com app marketplace. monday.com users can install the Beautiful.ai app, authenticate with or sign up for a Beautiful.ai account, and then embed any of your existing presentations as an Item, Board, or dashboard widget within your monday.com project.
 

Add as a Board

To add Beautiful.ai to your Widget list:

  1. Click Add View at the top and select Apps from the dropdown menu. 
  2. From there, type in Beautiful.ai in the search bar and select the beautiful.ai app. 
  3. You will be prompted to sign into your Beautiful.ai account--and if you don't have one, you can click "Sign-up" . 
  4. To add a presentation, click on the presentation from your Beautiful.ai library and it will automatically embed itself into your monday.com dashboard.

To view your Beautiful.ai embeds:

  1. Click on "More".
  2. Select the Beautiful.ai view.

Add Dashboard Widget

To add as a dashboard widget:

  1. Click on Add Widget and search for the Beautiful.ai app. 
  2. If you've installed the app to your account already, it will automatically appear in your Installed Apps list.

    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group like Rbt practice exam questions
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails

Just a quick note- setting in the rainy weather enjoying age of history 3 game apk and reading masterpiece—this article is specifically about the Beautiful.ai integration with monday.com. The steps mentioned above about “View,” “Slide Sorter,” or “SSO” seem to relate more to presentation software navigation and don’t apply to embedding Beautiful.ai presentations in monday.com.

    Article was helpful and easy to understand! I learned that you can export your presentation from Beautiful.ai directly into Google Slides if you have a Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan. I also found it useful that it tells you what steps to click and that some things like videos and animations won’t work after you export. This makes it clear what to expect when moving a presentation from Beautiful.ai to Google Slides. Great explanation for users! like Chatpic
