Our Offline player allows you to play your presentations offline. By exporting a file of your presentation and saving it to your desktop, you can click and launch your presentation and begin playing.

Downloading the Offline Player
To download the Offline Player:
- Click on Actions.
- Under the Export tab, select blue Download Offline Player link. It will immediately download.
Installing on your Mac or PC
Mac Users
Once downloaded:
- Click on the .dmg file in your downloads folder.
- Drag the file into your Applications folder.
For Catalina OS and above:
- After the app is installed, open up your Applications folder and right-click on the Beautiful app icon.
- Select Open. An error message will appear except there is an “Open” button in the message dialog. By following this process it should grant the app permission to open from that point onwards (see example below).
PC/Windows Users
Once downloaded:
- Click on the .exe file in your downloads folder.
- You will be prompted with a message about the app. Click on More Info.
Then click Run Anyway:
The installation wizard will appear and simple Offline Player will automatically launch.
Exporting your Offline Player file
Now that you've got your player installed, you'll want to export the presentation you'd like to play offline.
- Click on Actions.
- Under the Export tab, select Offline Player.
- Click Export. It will immediately download a .zip file of your presentation.
Note: Do Not Extract Your Zip. It should stay zipped closed!
Next:
- Launch open the Offline Player.
- Click Open Presentation. A second window will appear.
- Select the zipped file of your presentation and your presentation will automatically launch.
