An agenda slide provides an overview of a meeting or presentation purpose and topics, and it lends structure to your planned discussion. An agenda can help you regain focus if the discussions veer off track, and it helps you stay on time.
In your business every detail is important. That’s why using a professionally designed Beautiful.ai agenda template for your next meeting is a must. Our agenda template even allows you to link each agenda item to the corresponding information page(s) in your presentation. Toggle back and forth without having to fumble around for the correct slide.
Agenda Properties
Properties in Action
List Style
List style allows you to change the style of the ‘agenda’ item.
Bullet: the dot style we all know and love
Number: numbers beginning at 1 and ascending in order
Letter: letters starting at the beginning of the alphabet and progressing in order
Text: when you want the lines separate and ‘bullet-like’ without any sort of icon or symbol
Check: check marks that you can change from a green check, to a red X , or to a greyed out check. This would be useful for a situation like showing a list of action items in various states of completion.
Icon: different symbols that can be used to further highlight your text of that bullet point. Each icon ‘bullet’ can be changed and we have a huuuuge library of icons to choose from
Bullet Color
Bullet color allows you to customize the colors of the bullets themselves. As with slide background, the colors available will be associated with the theme that was selected. ‘Colorful’ will be a mix of all the theme colors and ‘Shaded’ will be a ‘lighter’ or ‘darker’ gradation of the specific theme color selected.
Columns
Columns allows the user to change the layout of the agenda items on the page.
Show Column Headers
Showing Column Headers allows for users to categorize/organize their bullets into specific categories or areas of focus.
