Convert to Classic Slides

Smart Slides give you all the tools to create slides that follow the rules of design. However, sometimes you just want to customize it a bit further. You can break the Design AI and convert any Smart Slide to a Classic Slide with one click.

Getting Started

There are a few ways to convert from a Smart Slide to Classic Slide. To get started, click on the slide template name icon at the top center. Then, choose Convert to Classic Slide  from the pop-up menu.



Alternatively, you may click More on the left or right side of the slide. Then, select Convert to Classic Slide . The old Smart Slide toolbar will disappear and the Classic Slide elements toolbar will be in its place. You can then edit the slide freely, without the normal guardrails and constraints of the Smart Slide.
