Troubleshooting For Desktop Player
If you're running into an issue where your data isn't syncing or if your presentations aren't loading, try the steps below:
- Reset your app Data
-- Click on the desktop player menu options and select Help>Troubleshooting>Reset App Data? This should cause your account to log out of the application.
- Uninstall and reinstall the desktop player app
