Notifications are a great way to keep track of changes to your slides, comments, and invitations all in real-time.
Real-Time Notifications
Badges
- A badge is displayed on your Profile icon to notify you of comments made on a slide, edits to slides, collaboration invites, and added or deleted slides
In-App Pop-ups
- A banner will appear at the bottom of your screen notifying of comments made on a slide, edits to slides, collaboration invites, and added or deleted slides.
Banners allow you to launch open the presentation or slide that was changed/added. It also allows you to close the comment and mark it as read
Notification Settings
To adjust your notification settings:
- Click on Profile.
- Navigate to the Settings section of the Notifications tab.
- If you would like to opt-out or disable notifications, toggle the setting from ON (default) to OFF.
- Notify me by Email If I’m Offline: Sends an email with a roundup of all of the changes made
- Enable In-App Popup Notifications: Displays a banner at the bottom of your screen with a description of the change or event.
Notification List
To view all of your notifications:
- Click on Profile.
- Then navigate to the Notifications section of the Notifications tab.
- Unread notifications will display at the top while Read notifications will display at the bottom.

Open Presentation will launch the presentation with the comment or change.

Mark As Read will mark the notification as read

Choosing Slide Sorter will display all your slides together as small thumbnails, making it easy to organize them.
Open your SSO.
Go to the View tab on the ribbon.
In the Presentation Views group (similar to Partner Hours), select the view you need.
Choose Slide Sorter to see all slides as thumbnails, or select Normal to edit slides individually.
