Customizing the style of your Org Chart

Easily visualize your team's structure with our organization chart template! Perfect for onboarding, planning, or presentations, it saves time, boosts clarity, and keeps everyone on the same page—making teamwork smoother and more fun.

 
Styles

When you create an Org Chart slide, all items use the Box style by default. To change the style of your org structure, click on Style and select through the different options: 

  • Minimal: Name and title/role
  • Box: A rectangle box with the name and title/role
  • Photo 1: Box style with photo
  • Photo 2: Minimal style with photo
  • Photo 3: Circle style with photo

Item/Node Style

Click on the item/node you would like to edit. Select apps_24dp_000000.svg from the menu bar to bring up the node styles. You will have the option to change the style of the item to: 

  • Person (default): Theme style of the template
  • Placeholder: Name and title only 
  • Label: Name only

Connector Style

  • Solid  (default): The connecting line between the selected item and the parent item will be a solid line. 
  • Dotted: The connecting line between the selected item and the parent item will be a dotted line.

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group jones mygreenbucks net
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails.

    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails
