How can I add a logo?

Adding a logo to your slides allows you to add personal branding to your presentations!

Adding Your Logo

  1. From within the editor, click on the 'Theme' drop down menu at the top left
  2. Click on 'Edit Theme'
  3. Click on the 'Footer' tab on the theme editing page
  4. You will find an option to upload your logo. You will see 'Logo On Light' and 'Logo On Dark'. You will want to provide both. The ‘Logo on light’ should be a version of your logo with dark type or marks so it stands out on a white or light background. The ‘Logo on dark’ should have light text and be suitable for when the background color is dark. We recommend uploading .png files with transparency.
  5. Once you've uploaded your logo(s), click on 'Update Presentation Theme'

To ensure the logo appears, be sure to set the Show Footer By Default option to ON:

Alternatively, you can set this on a slide by slide basis by clicking on the footer of your slide then, edit using the properties panel below the slide

  • There is no colors tab on the left. It goes from Edit down to Options. This is frustrating when a company changes their interface but leaves all of the old and incorrect instructions online. At this point I have no option but to cancel and find another product.

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group like airport terminal click here
    4. Click on "Sale integration" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails.

Even reaching out to an interior designer virtual service didn’t help clarify things. At this point, I have no option but to cancel and find another product.
