Security Policy

Privacy and confidentiality are very important to us at Beautiful.ai. Anything you create with Beautiful.ai is saved in our Cloud-based servers. We protect your data with industry-standard encryption and authentication technologies designed to prevent unauthorized access to your presentation data down to the database-level. We encrypt data sent to and from your browser using industry-standard HTTPS. We use SOC-3 compliant services from Google for data and asset storage (Privacy and Security in Firebase). Google Firebase’s built-in authentication and authorization features are used to secure your data from access by non-authorized users. 

Internally, Beautiful.ai does have the ability to access your presentation data. However, we limit access to this data to key employees who require it for ongoing development and maintenance of the system. In general, Beautiful.AI employees will not view your presentations without your prior consent for support-related inquiries. However, in order to help us improve Beautiful.AI or diagnose issues, we may occasionally review or inspect logs and other data generated during usage of the application which may reveal some or all presentation data to internal employees only. Reviewed data will never be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes. We also provide the ability for you to opt-out of any usage tracking that can reveal presentation data (but disabling this option can limit our ability to troubleshoot or diagnose potential problems).

To opt-out, click the Profile button at the top right corner of your browser. Select the Account tab. Then, under the Privacy Settings section, turn Allow Usage Tracking to OFF.
