Downgrade Account
You may cancel your Beautiful.ai subscription by downgrading your account to our Basic plan. Note, you must use a desktop/laptop device in order to cancel.
Log into your account at the main website (https://www.beautiful.ai/login). Once you're logged in, click the Profile icon at the top right. Then, select Manage Account, and click the Billing tab. There, choose Cancel Plan.
When you cancel your subscription, you can use Beautiful.ai until the end of your billing cycle.

Update Billing
To update your billing information, click on your Profile icon at the top right. Next, select the Billing tab. Then, select Change Payment Method and click on Update Payment Method to save.

I got the issue resolved and for refunded back they take 1-2 days to respond and around 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed in your bank account.
