What happens when I downgrade my account?

Once you downgrade to Basic, you will no longer have access to Pro features like Analytics, Revision History, and the Desktop Player. Additionally:

  • Any folders you have created will be removed and any presentations in those folders will be moved to All Presentations.
  • Any presentations set to Secured Sharing will be set to Public Sharing.
  • Any themes you have created using custom fonts will revert to the default font.
  • During playback, sharing, and exporting your presentation, it will now show Beautiful.ai branding on the page and ending slide.

  • Thanks for the clarity! I recently downgraded and noticed the changes—especially the branding and limited features. While adjusting my content layout, I was also updating restaurant info like the Outback Steakhouse menu with pricing, so it’s helpful to know what to expect when managing presentations on the Basic plan.

  • Thanks for the clarification — this is really helpful for understanding the impact of downgrading to the Basic plan. Losing access to Analytics, revision history, and secured sharing can definitely affect how teams review and manage presentations.
For those who handle data analysis or model preparation separately before presenting results, resources like script ml can be useful to streamline workflows and experiments.
