    Hi Fatima,

    I have emailed the  support@beautiful.ai email but I have not received any response. It has not yet been 24 hours since my credit card was billed. I would like a refund and cancel my subscription. I will subscribe again in the future but not this time. Please help.

    Same here, except I've been billed for a monthly subscription in addition to the annual one.

    I sent in a support ticket on Saturday (#40549) which remains open and is still marked "urgent".  I sent a direct email to support@beautiful.ai yesterday night, which I received another ticket (#40773) which is also still remains open and again is marked as "urgent".

    I have recieved zero emails, zero responses to #40549, and zero responses to #40773.

    I have been billed twice for my anuual plan.I have emailed your team but not get response after a business day,I want to get refund for these two payments,pls help me tackle it quickly and get my refund.

    I too have been billed for an annual plan and have not heard anything back. I’ve tried calling the contact phone number (415) 236-0955 and sent an email 3 days ago (the day of being billed). It’s unfortunate the support automated email says a team member will get back to us within one business day and all these people, included myself have not heard back. I tried calling during the business hours as well and no one answered or anything. I would please like a refund urgently.

    Dear Beautiful.AI Support Team,

    I am writing to request the cancellation of my subscription and booking with your service(today is 23 March). I recently signed up for the free trial but have found that it is not suitable for my needs. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period and was charged for the service. (Receipt number 2286-9537, billed on 23 March)

    I would appreciate it if you could cancel my subscription and booking and provide a refund to my account. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

    I can empathize with everyone's situation here. I, too, have had a similar experience. I requested a cancellation and refund within 1 hour of being billed for an annual subscription, well within the 24-hour window mentioned in the refund policy. I received an automated message acknowledging my request, stating:

    "Your request (41988) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Someone from the team will get back to you within one business day. To add additional comments, reply to this email."

    However, it's been more than a day since I submitted my request, and I have not received any response or updates from the Beautiful.ai support team. It's disappointing to see a lack of timely communication, particularly when it comes to billing and refunds. I'm hoping this issue can be resolved soon, and I, along with others in this forum, can receive the refunds and cancellations we've requested.

    I understand that the support team may be overwhelmed with requests, but clear and prompt communication is essential for maintaining trust and customer satisfaction. I hope this matter will be addressed urgently.
