Delete Account

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT IS FINAL AND YOU CANNOT UNDO THIS ACTION

TEAM ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE DELETED WHILE THEIR PLAN IS ACTIVE

To delete your account follow the steps below for your specific plan:

Pro Plan Users 

1. Log into beautiful.ai (https://www.beautiful.ai/).
2. Click on your "Profile" icon at the top right corner
3. Click Manage Account. 
4. Click on the My Profile tab, scroll down to the end and select Delete My Account. 
5. A second window will appear prompting you to type in your email address.
6. Click on DELETE to confirm the deletion.

NOTE: Once you click DELETE, your account will be deleted and there is no way to retrieve your data. 
 
 THIS IS IRREVERSIBLE 

Team Plan Users 

1. Log into beautiful.ai (https://www.beautiful.ai/).
2. Cancel your Team Plan subscription or ask an administrator to remove you from the team. You will not see the "Delete" button if you are still apart of an active team.  
3. Click on your "Profile" icon at the top right corner
4. Click on your "Personal" workspace
5. Click Manage Account. 
6. Click on the My Profile tab, scroll down to the end and select Delete My Account. 
7. A second window will appear prompting you to type in your email address.
8. Click on DELETE to confirm the deletion.

NOTE: Once you click DELETE, your account will be deleted and there is no way to retrieve your data.
