How do I import my Google contacts?

You can easily import your google contacts into Beautiful in order to more easily collaborate with others.

To import your Google contacts:

  1. Launch a presentation and then click on Actions>Collaborate. 
  2. From the Invite Other Users to Collaborate on this presentation section, click on Import
  3. The system will prompt you to sign in to your Google account. 
  4. Once the signup is complete, you will be able to type in your contacts name in collaboration:

    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group like tmregistration
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails
