Understanding Table Styles

There are a lot of customization options available for our Table Slide. The Table Slide has multiple style options, as well as options for your Rows or Columns.

Table Style

  1. Click on the 'Table' drop down menu below your slide
  2. Select from one of the following style options:
    Header Row
    Header Col
    Top-Left Cell
    Border
    Column Lines
    Row Lines
    Banded Rows
  3. Selected style options will have their style name written in blue around the icon while deselected options will have the style name written in black In the example below, Header Row, Column Lines, Row Lines, and Banded Rows are selected styles while Header Col, Top Left Cell, and Border are not:

Column Style

  1. Click on the 'Column' header
  2. Click on the down arrow on the column header
  3. Click on the drop down menu next to 'Column Style' and make your selection

Row Style 

  1. Click on the 'Row' header
  2. Click on the down arrow on the row header
  3. Click on the drop down menu next to 'Row Style' and make your selection

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails
