Version History

Wish you could go back to an earlier version of a slide, or retrieve a deleted slide? Version History is the answer! This Pro feature provides an easy way to view changes--when they were made, and if you are collaborating with a team, who made them. Then, you can easily revert back to any version you like. With equal simplicity, you can now see all slides you’ve deleted from a presentation, and recover them with a click. Let’s take a look at how these features work.

Slide History

  1. Click on 'Manage' on the right hand side properties panel
  2. Click on 'Revert to Previous Version'
  3. You can scroll through the different versions to see how your slide looked previously
  4. Click on the version you wish to revert your slide to
  5. Click 'Ok' to save

Collaboration Edits

If this is a shared presentation, you will also be able to see who has edited the slide. The user's name will appear below the timestamp:

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group blockblastsolver
    4. Click on "Sale integration" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails
