How can I collaborate with someone?

If you'd like to collaborate on a presentation, you can invite someone to collaborate with you! You can also set varying permissions for what you would like your collaborator to be able to do; a collaborator can either edit or view depending on your needs.

From Library View

  1. Click the 3 dot menu associated with the presentation you'd like to collaborate on
  2. Click on 'Invite Collaborators'
  3. Type in the email address of the person(s) that you'd like to collaborate with
  4. Set their permissions to either 'Can Edit' or 'Can View'
  5. Click 'Send Invite' and the user(s) will receive an email alerting them that they have been invited to either edit or view your presentation
  6. Click 'OK' to finish

  • Thank you for such a clear and detailed guide on collaboration! I appreciate how you’ve included multiple methods for inviting collaborators, both from the Library and the Editor views. The step-by-step instructions along with the visuals make it easy to follow, especially for those new to the platform. It's great to see that you’ve highlighted the permission settings as well—it’s such an essential feature for teamwork. Keep up the good work!

  • Thanks for the clear breakdown! The screenshots and step-by-step instructions make it much easier to follow. I often switch between "Can View" for students and "Can Edit" for team members. It reminds me of how in Escape Road you have to choose the right path depending on your role; picking the wrong one makes everything harder.

It’s a bit like working with the yuzu emulator—you need to choose the right settings for the right situation; picking the wrong one just makes things more complicated.
