How can I share a link to my presentation?

With Beautiful.ai, you don't have to email data heavy files back and forth. Our link feature makes it super easy to quickly share out your presentation without the hassle of outdated files. You'll even be able to control access to your link by disabling it or tracking analytics. 

There are two ways to share a link:

Sharing from the Editor 

  1. Click on the 'Share' button from within the Editor
  2. Click on 'Share Public Link'
  3. You can name your link so that your recipients can easily know what is being shared with them
  4. Click on 'Copy Link' and now you can easily paste the link and share with anyone!

Sharing from Presentation

  1. Click on the 'Presentation' drop down menu in the top left hand corner
  2. Click on 'Share Settings'
  3. Click on 'Public'
  4. Then select 'Get Link'
  5. An option to name the link will appear. You can name your link or keep it as is
  6. Click 'Copy Link to Clipboard' to copy
  7. Paste and share!

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group like OSRS Guide.
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails
