Essential Actions
- Copy: PC: Ctrl+C, Mac: Command⌘+C. Note: To copy an entire slide, navigate to the slide and make sure no items are selected, then use the keyboard shortcut. To copy a specific item on the slide, select that item first and use the shortcut.
- Cut: PC: Ctrl+X, Mac: Command⌘+X. Note: To cut an entire slide, navigate to it and use the shortcut. If you want to cut only a specific item on the slide, click on that item first.
- Duplicate: PC: Ctrl+D, Mac: Command⌘+D. Note: This shortcut is for duplicating items on the slide.
- Paste: PC: Ctrl+V, Mac: Command⌘+V.
- Undo: PC: Ctrl+Z, Mac: Command⌘+Z.
- Redo: PC: Ctrl+Shift+Z, Mac: Command⌘+Shift+Z.
- Find and Replace: PC: Ctrl+F, Mac: Command⌘+F.
Text Options
- Bold: PC: Ctrl+B, Mac: Command⌘+B. Note: Ensure that the text you intend to format in bold is highlighted first before using this command.

Navigation
- Next Slide: Right-Arrow, Down-Arrow.
- Previous Slide: Left-Arrow, Up-Arrow.
- Close Present Mode: ESC.
- Next Item: Tab. Note: This shortcut allows you to jump to the next selectable item on the slide.
- Switch to Grid View: Space. Note: Use this keyboard shortcut to switch to Grid View, then press it again to return to your original single-slide view.
