Overview

Beautiful.ai’s Zoom integration lets you present directly within Zoom without the need to share your screen. Deliver high-fidelity presentations with smooth animations, access your presenter notes, overlay your video, and browse your workspace, all without leaving Zoom. By offering a streamlined, high-quality presentation experience, the integration ensures that content is clear, transitions are smooth, and the presenter remains visually present and connected with their audience.

Adding the App

To install Beautiful.ai for Zoom, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Search for Beautiful.ai for Zoom

  3. Click on the app listing.

  4. Click the Install button.

  5. Authorize the app to access your Zoom account.

You should now see the Beautiful.ai for Zoom app in your Apps list in Zoom

Using the App

Once installed from the Marketplace, you can use the Beautiful.ai Zoom integration to present directly within Zoom. Here's how:

  1. Start or Join a Zoom Meeting
  2. Launch the Beautiful.ai App by clicking the Apps button in the Zoom toolbar.
  3. Select Beautiful.ai from the list of available apps.
  4. Sign In to Your Beautiful.ai Account
    • If prompted, log in to your Beautiful.ai account.
    • Ensure Zoom authorization is completed if this is your first time using the app.

Presenting 

To present a deck, start by browsing your recent presentations or using the search bar to find the one you want. Click on the deck to launch it open. You'll be prompted to set the presentation to public before presenting. Note: this is just for the duration of the session and ensures others in the meeting can view it. Once you're done, the deck will automatically revert back to private. Click Allow to start the share.

Once you've shared your presentation, you'll see a presenter view on the right with all of your notes and a preview of the next slide. You can navigate through the slides using the arrow keys or the on-screen controls. All transitions and animations will play smoothly, with no screen sharing required. When you're finished, click End Presentation to return to browsing mode. You can switch presentations or exit the app at any time without leaving the Zoom meeting.

Removing the App

To uninstall Beautiful.ai for Zoom from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account.

  2. Navigate to the Manage section of the Zoom App Marketplace.

  3. Find Beautiful.ai for Zoom in your list of installed apps.

  4. Click Uninstall.

  5. Confirm the uninstallation.
