What is changing and why?
We redesigned the properties panel to make Beautiful.ai’s Smart Slides easier and faster to use, all based on feedback from our users and trends in modern presentation design. This update puts all your slide controls right where you can see them, so you can create professional, impactful presentations with less time spent searching for features.
Can I switch back to the old UI?
No, once you update to the new version, there is no way to go back to the old UI.
How do I book my training?
We will be hosting weekly training sessions in Office Hours, which run every Wednesday at 11am PT/2pm ET. Sign up for our weekly office hours here.
For Enterprise customers: You should have been notified by your Account Manager of the upcoming changes. Please reach out to both your AM and CSM to book a training.
Do I have to switch today?
No, you don’t. You have until January 31, 2025 to switch once you’re ready to learn the new UI. After that, you will automatically be switched to the new version on March 3, 2025.
I am on a team/enterprise plan but I'm not sure how to switch.
Only Team and Enterprise Owners can switch the workspace to the new version. Please have them book a training with their AM/CSM before doing so.
My presentations look different, what happened?
For the majority of our users, nothing will look different. For some of our users with slides that were never updated from V9 may see small changes. If this happens to you, please reach out to the support team at support@beautiful.ai.

Note: If you’re not seeing the upgrade banner in your workspace, you will soon! There will be a pop up banner in your library that will give you the option to update your UI and you will have until January 31, 2025 to make the change.
