Importing from Bynder

If you have files in Bynder, you can easily import them into your presentations!

Import from Bynder

  1. Find an image slide by clicking Add Slide to launch the template library and search/browse for it.
  2. Select the Camera to launch the photo library. 
  3. On the left, select Import. In the pop-up menu, choose Bynder. Then, click Select File From Bynder.

  4. If you aren't logged into Bynder, you'll need to insert your portal domain (yourdomain.bynder.com) when prompted to log in, then click Connect.
  5. Sign in to the portal using your Bynder account information.
  6. Browse/search for the preferred file and select it. Then, scroll to the bottom of the Bynder image library window and select Add asset.

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group like Try this WhatsApp mod.
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails

    How to Import Files from Bynder into Beautiful.ai

    1. Open your Beautiful.ai presentation and click Add Slide to choose or create a slide where you want your image. 
    2. Click the Camera icon to open the image/photo library. 
    3. In the library panel, choose Import on the left. Then select Bynder from the import options and click Select File From Bynder. 
    4. If you’re not already logged into Bynder, you’ll be prompted to enter your Bynder portal domain (like yourdomain.bynder.com) and then log in with your credentials. 
    5. Once logged in, browse or search for the asset you want to add. Select it, then scroll down and click Add asset to import it into your slide

    After that, the file from your Bynder library will be added to your Beautiful.ai presentation slide ready to use.
