  • Thanks for the clear steps, Fatima — that’s super helpful!

I’ve found the Grid View especially useful when working on long presentations. It gives a nice overall view of the flow and helps spot slides that might be out of order or need rearranging. The Ctrl + click tip for grouping slides is a real time-saver too — perfect for when you need to move an entire section at once.

For anyone who likes organizing and editing presentations on mobile or iPad, tools outside the App Store can also help. For example, Scarlet iOS is a third-party app store that lets users download extra utilities and creative apps that aren’t available officially. It’s handy if you want more flexibility for tasks like editing, note-taking, or even presentation tweaks on the go.

  • Oh nice, thanks for breaking that down, Fatima! I actually didn’t notice the Grid View option until recently — it makes reordering slides so much easier than dragging them around in the normal editor.

One small tip I’ve found helpful: if you’re working with a long presentation, zooming out a bit in Grid View gives you a better sense of the overall flow. It helps catch duplicate or out-of-place slides before finalizing the order.

Also, if you’re using any visuals or embedded media, make sure to double-check after reordering — sometimes videos or animations don’t always play in the right sequence after moving slides around.

By the way, this reminds me of something I ran into while editing short-form content for TikTok 18 from protiktok18. The app’s editing tools are pretty flexible, but managing multiple clips can get messy without a clear view like Grid View offers here. Having a layout that lets you see all elements at once really helps keep the flow and transitions smooth — same principle applies whether it’s slides or short videos.

  • Thanks for the clear steps, Fatima — that actually helped!

I used to get a bit lost when trying to rearrange slides because I didn’t realize the Grid View option was tucked away in the bottom corner. Once I started using it, moving slides around felt much smoother, especially when working on longer presentations.

One small tip for anyone doing major edits: if you’re reorganizing a lot of slides at once, it helps to zoom out slightly in Grid View — that way, you can see the full flow of your presentation before finalizing the order. Also, grouping related slides with Ctrl + click (like you mentioned) saves a ton of time.

By the way, if you ever use your presentations on smart TVs or display setups, you might find apps like this one helpful. They’re designed for smoother streaming and better display management on large screens — kind of the same idea as optimizing layouts for better readability.

Curious if there’s any shortcut for toggling between Grid View and Editor view? That’s the only thing I still wish was a bit quicker.

  • I’ve found the Grid View particularly valuable when working on larger presentations. It provides a great bird’s-eye view of the entire deck, making it easier to spot slides that are out of sequence or need to be reordered. The Ctrl + click shortcut for selecting multiple slides at once is also a major time-saver — perfect for moving whole sections efficiently.

For those who like organizing or editing presentations on mobile or tablet, there are some useful tools beyond the App Store as well. For instance, useScarlet iOS is a third-party platform that allows users to install additional creative or productivity apps not found in the official store. It’s a convenient option if you’re looking for more flexibility when editing, taking notes, or making quick presentation adjustments on the go.

  • This is a really helpful explanation. The Grid View method makes reorganizing slides feel a lot less confusing, especially when you’re dealing with bigger presentations. I use different tools throughout my workflow, and having simple drag-and-drop controls like this really keeps things smooth. Even when I’m juggling other tasks, like managing installs through Scarlet , it’s nice when the tools you use stay this intuitive. Guides like this definitely make the process a lot easier.

  • lick on 'Grid View' at the bottom left corner of the editor. Click and drag the slide(s) you want to move, and place them in the new position. To move multiple slides at once, use Ctrl + click to select several slides, or drag-select a group. Once you’ve finished reordering, click 'Return to Editor' at the bottom left to go back to the normal editor view for your presentation. Bonus tip: If you create presentations with embedded YouTube videos, you might want to explore apps that allow ad-free playback and background viewing. For example, the YouTube Premium Mod APK can help with smoother video playback while presenting. You can check it out here: https://ytmodz.com/ If you want, I can also make a shorter, more casual version where the YouTube mod info is integrated even more naturally into the flow of the slide instructions. Do you want me to do that?
