How do I copy slides from one presentation to another?

Copy Slides is a great way to quickly copy in slides from your existing Beautiful.ai presentations. 

Getting Started 

First, you'll need to start from your new presentation or the presentation you want to copy the slides to. Then, click Add Slide mceclip0.png on the right and select Copy Slides tab.

Here you can either:

  • Search for your slide
    mceclip0.png
  • Or click on Browse Presentations to view a list of all of your presentations then select the presentation with the slides you'd like to copy

Choose the slide(s) you would like to add (use Shift + Click to select multiple slides) then, click on Copy Selected Slides  to transfer them over.

    This is brilliant - but I never would have guessed that Copy My Slide and a search Icon would do this.
    Could it be called ...

    Import Slides or Copy in slides?

    And can it be available from the Organise tab - which is where I would expect it to be.

    To copy slides from one presentation to another, follow these simple steps:

    1. Open both presentations in PowerPoint or your preferred presentation software.
    2. In the source presentation, go to the slide sorter view or the thumbnail pane on the left.
    3. Select the slides you want to copy (hold down Ctrl to select multiple slides).
    4. Right-click on the selected slides and choose "Copy" or use Ctrl + C.
    5. Switch to the destination presentation, right-click on the slide sorter pane, and select "Paste" or use Ctrl + V.
    6. You can also paste the slides into the new presentation with or without the formatting from the original slides.
