How can I view all of my slides in a presentation?

While in the editor view, click the Organize round-apps-24px.svg or use the Spacebar key to view all slides in the presentation. Double-click on any slide to begin editing.

Note: Pressing the ESC key will return you to the slide you were editing previously.

    1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.
    2. Go to the "View" tab on the ribbon.
    3. Look for the "Presentation Views" group nbabite.
    4. Click on "Slide Sorter" or "Normal" view. In Slide Sorter view, you'll see all of your slides at once as thumbnails.

    To view all your slides in a presentation, use the "Slide Sorter" view in PowerPoint by selecting it from the "View" tab.
